Shipping update (USA)

Dear Backers,
The last of the orders for the USA were sent on Tuesday this week. This means that the first packages should start arriving in the middle of next week. However, it could be until the end of the following week before you receive your package, depending on where you live in the USA.
Let us know if you notice anything amiss with your package (missing item or damage) when you receive it.
We hope you will have tremendous fun with Possession, a Daemonic Card Game.

Shipping update

Dear backers,
here is where things are at in terms of shipping:
- all UK orders have been shipped as of last Friday. If you have not received yours by Saturday, please let us know so we can investigate.
- all EU orders have been shipped as of last Friday. If you have not received yours by Tuesday next week, please let us know so we can investigate.
- all rest of the world (excluding US) orders have been shipped. We were quoted up to 14 working days for some destinations, so some of you might have to wait until the end of next week or early in the week of the 21st of October to see your games arrive at your door.
- so far, all the US tests that we have heard back from have been alright, so unless we hear something horrible between now and Monday, we will proceed to ship the remaining US orders next week.
- For those of you who had ordered some of the original art from the game, they have been posted on Tuesday, so depending on where you are in the world, you might receive it shortly or as late as the beginning of the week of the 21st of October. Let us know if nothing has showed up by the 21st and we will figure out what happened.
If you have received your games, please let us know if anything is missing or damaged. Our distributor takes care to pack games as well as possible, but things do get damaged or lost sometimes.
We are getting ready to go to Essen, so if you happen to be there, please come and say hi, we will be in Hall 4, stand A101. If you are UK based, we should also be at Dragonmeet in London on the 30th of November.

Games are moving: shipping has started!

Dear Backers,
things are moving on the shipping side! We had confirmation today that about 20% of the EU and UK bound games have been shipped and that the remaining games bound for the EU and the UK will be shipped on Monday and Tuesday. Games for the rest of the world (excluding the US) will ship on Monday and Tuesday as well.
For games bound for the US, our distributor has sent a few packages as a test (we will send individual emails if your game is one of them) which should arrive towards the end of next week. If everything goes well with these, our distributor would then send all the other games.
We are excited that you will shortly receive your games and we hope that you will have a lot of daemonic fun with them!
For those of you who should receive an original portrait or some of the original art from the game, these are being sent separately and should all be dispatched next week.
We will keep you posted on how things are proceeding as soon as we have a further update from our distributor (it should be on Tuesday or Wednesday).
